1. Use of the service
You agree to provide accurate information and comply with Canadian law while using our site.
- Minimum age to book is 18; minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- You must not attempt to interfere with the site, misuse content, or circumvent security controls.
- Accounts or bookings made with false information may be cancelled without refund.
- We may suspend or restrict access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
2. Bookings and payments
All prices are in CAD. Taxes are displayed at checkout. roputea.top
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise stated.
- We accept major credit cards and Interac e-Transfer for Canadian customers.
- Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
- You will receive a booking confirmation by email with tour details and meeting location.
- In case of payment failure, your reservation may be released without notice.
3. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies.
- No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of start time are non-refundable.
- If we cancel for safety or operational reasons, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
- Private or custom tours may have different cancellation windows as displayed at checkout.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Liability
We are not liable for incidental events outside our control (weather, transit delays, etc.).
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, we exclude indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Participants are responsible for their personal property during tours.
- You must follow safety instructions from guides; failure to do so may result in removal without refund.
- Some activities require a basic fitness level; please assess personal suitability before booking.
5. Changes to tours
Routes, durations, and inclusions may be adjusted for safety, events, or operational reasons.
- We will notify you of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
- Substitutions of comparable quality will be provided where feasible.
- In case of significant change, you may request a refund or reschedule without penalty.
6. Privacy and data
We collect only necessary information to process bookings and deliver tours.
- We use cookies for essential functionality and to remember your preferences.
- Data is stored securely and retained only as long as required by law or operations.
- You may request access or correction of your personal information.
7. Eligibility and conduct
We aim to create a safe and inclusive environment on every tour.
- Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behaviour is not tolerated and may result in removal.
- Alcohol or substance impairment that jeopardizes safety may lead to denial of participation.
- Service animals are welcome where permitted by law; please notify us in advance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
